Tour guide application for the Veszprém Castle District exhibition
This project was an exciting challenge for us, as our task was to develop an iOS and Android application for the Archdiocese of Veszprém, which will help visitors to explore the renovated Veszprém Castle. When designing the applications, we took full advantage of the latest technologies, including Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, as well as traditional image and text information, to create an interactive and rich experience for our visitors.

The main goal of our project was to provide information to the visitors of the renovated Veszprém Castle. During the design of our application, the focus was on easy and interactive browsing, so that users can easily explore the exhibition sites and freely browse among the exhibited objects, paintings and choose their own paths to the history of the Castle District and in discovering its changes over the centuries.
To implement the project, the AP4 Digital team built client-side functionalities to provide visitors with an interactive and informative experience while exploring the Veszprém Castle District. The Splash screen was located at the beginning of the project, where we not only provided an aesthetic appearance, but also implemented an operation that encourages users to use the application. The Tutorial section was also especially important for us to make the application easy to use, so we delved into the details of both operation and appearance. The Home (webview) function allows users to quickly and easily access basic information. Ticket control module provides visitors with the necessary functionality for checking entrants. And with the help of the Menu and Settings functions, we have provided users with easy and intuitive navigation.
The AP4 Team has created an application that has resulted in an immersive and innovative application. The app allows visitors to get a closer look at the history and cultural treasures of Veszprém Castle. The application contributes to the visitor experience with interactive content, augmented reality and easy navigation, thus enhancing the tourist attractiveness of the Veszprém Castle District.
