Effective corporate governance and serving patients' needs for Swiss Clinic
The AP4 Digital team has developed a complex corporate management system for Swiss Clinic that simultaneously serves the company's internal business processes and the health needs of patients. The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive, user-friendly web application that supports clinical work and optimizes patient service, while complying with health data security standards.

The central aim of developing the system was to seamlessly integrate the internal processes of the Swiss Clinic with the needs of patients, while ensuring efficient and customer-oriented healthcare. This included the transmission of patient data to the EESRD, the creation and posting of findings, an appointment system, and the organization and administration of the daily work of doctors and nurses.
During the project, our team implemented solutions aimed at reducing administrative burdens and minimizing manual processes. Among other things, the system provides automatic notifications and billing solutions that help increase the efficiency of back-office workflows and simplify the administration of medical examinations.
The result is a complex and efficient web application that not only meets the needs of patients, but also meets the expectations of Swiss Clinic healthcare providers. The project successfully supported Swiss Clinic's back-office processes, enabling a higher level of customer service and secure management of health data.
