Our goal was to create a backoffice portal focused specifically on the B2B segment. Our goal was also to facilitate the day-to-day operations of Imperatore's partners and resellers. This included the management of bids and contracts and the simple and efficient management of reseller prices.
Our team employed a thorough planning and execution process during the development. First of all, we reviewed in detail the needs of the customer and the shortcomings of the system so far. During the development, the main focus was on the creation of the backoffice B2B portal, which we created for Imperatore partners and resellers. This process was carried out in close cooperation with the client to fully meet their needs. This was followed by the development of the entire individual and group booking interface, with the aim of creating a user-friendly booking system. We have constantly tested and fine-tuned the finished solutions to ensure the maximum level of functionality and stability. Finally, the finished system was integrated into the Imperatore Travel website to provide a unified user experience for customers.
The solution of the project has become a comprehensive, user-friendly and easy to use online portal that allows Imperatore Travel to manage its resellers and partners efficiently and professionally. Through the AP4 Digital Imperatore project, our software development team has successfully contributed to the development and strengthening of Imperatore Travel's online presence.
