We have developed an application for Ferro-Sped, through which drivers can see the transport assigned to them, upload their data and documents. They can digitally keep their documents, data and post reports and photos of possible accidents and damage to goods in the app.

Aim
Our goal was to develop a unique, complex management system tailored to the needs that unifies and replaces the previous 8-9 interfaces and supports the daily work of drivers. Due to the intense competition, it was of paramount importance to be able to react quickly and make effective decisions in the sector based on the data. With Ferroapp, all relevant information about vehicles, freight and drivers is instantly available.
Solution
During the development of FerroApp, the AP4 team designed the functions of the application together with the customer and in constant consultation. The designed FerroApp is a clean and easy to use Android application that offers a similar user experience to the previous solution. The associated WebAdmin web interface is required for administrative tasks and document management. In WebAdmin it is also possible to manage users. They can see the carts through the app, upload documents and close the shipments only after uploading the necessary documents. The system sends a push notification if a ride is not closed within 48 hours. Drivers can also record problems, documenting them with pictures. Our application allows communication between WebAdmin and drivers with a phone book and chat function. Leave requests can also be sent through the app, and drivers can also send recommendations to new customers. The basic functions of the application include transportation organization, transportation tracking, partner transportation tracking, Android-based driver application integration, pricing of transportations, preparation of invoices, a workshop module with a warehouse inventory, as well as access to statistics and statements.
Outcome
We have created an application that serves not only to simplify work processes, but also to ensure the safety of key data of transport organization and employees. Developed by the AP4 Digital team, the application allows drivers to view the data, documents of the rides assigned to them and store their own documents and data digitally. In addition, they can record reports of accidents and damage to goods, as well as upload photos related to the damage to goods. Thanks to our team, the system works efficiently, so Ferro-Sped 2000 Kft. easily adapted the finished product into its daily work. Technologies used in the project: PHP, React
