Aim
The goal of our project was to create a system on the Android platform, through which the work assigned by Europ Assistance will be efficiently distributed to the company's partners. Partners have the opportunity to document and certify work on behalf of clients using the application.
Solution
We have created 3 main modules for our application: The first module, Home Emergency, is specifically designed to deal with home damage events, ensuring a quick and efficient response. The second module, GKK, is designed specifically for the maintenance of gas appliances, with specific work processes that help specialists to work accurately and reliably. The third module, DRSA, is designed for car rescue, towing and roadside repairs. This module allows professionals to effectively respond and document cases within the application. We have assigned digital worksheets to each of our modules to make it easier for professionals to accurately document processes. Our application allows you to bid and assign jobs in one place, thereby optimizing communication and work processes.
Outcome
We have created a native Android application commissioned by Europ Assistance, which allows them to efficiently transfer work to the company's partners. Partners can use the application to record and authenticate the work done on behalf of customers. Our application provides an opportunity to make offers for work and efficiently distribute them. Our car module monitors and informs customers with GPS coordinates about the current status of assistance, as well as the expected time of arrival. Technologies used in the project: Kotlin
